Beneficiary

Adidas, Foot Traffic and Portland Parks and Recreation are teaming up to raise money and to expand the offering of running programs at the middle school level in the Portland area. Presently, Portland Parks and Recreation and Foot Traffic offer cross country and track and field meets, but there is no organized school based program for students to train and attend the meets. With funds raised from the Portland Sport and Fitness Festival, coaches will be hired to train students in after school programs. We expect to introduce several thousand students to track and field and cross country in the coming years!
